Through this link, you will be able to connect to the ACDelco online parts catalog to look up, select, stock and price check, and order ACDelco parts or any product carried by your supplier. In addition, WISEConnect allows you to browse/select the appropriate labor times simultaneously with your parts activities.

When finished, the parts and labor information selected will transfer back to your R.O. Writer shop management software and automatically integrate into your Estimates and Repair Orders.

To Get Connected:
Please call the ACDelco eBusiness Help Desk at 1-800-825-5886, Option 3, and tell them that you are an R.O. Writer user interested in activating WISEConnect. Your shop´s contact information will be passed to the local ACDelco eBusiness Coordinator. The eBusiness Coordinator will then begin the process of arranging a WISEConnect account at the supplier.
