What type of business training will be available?

Because ACDelco understands the importance of running a successful business, our business training classes will also utilize this enhanced blended-learning format. The business training will include both web-based and instructor-led training which includes:

• 40 percent instructor-led classes that will be in the form of seminars during the day or evening as opposed to full day classes
• 40 percent Internet-based classes
• 20 percent Internet business forum

The courses are designed to help technicians, business owners, salespeople and service writers communicate more effectively with their customers and co-workers, as well as provide them with information on how to run a more efficient and profitable service center. And, you will also benefit from a threaded discussion board that will be made available online to all attendees.
