ACDelco TSS Image Program Testimonial Terms and Conditions
The ACDelco TSS Image Program Testimonial page is a web page on the acdelcotechconnect.com website which is sponsored and owned by ACDelco Division, General Motors Corporation ("ACDelco"), wherein ACDelco requests shops participating in the Total Service Support ("TSS") Program who have utilized TSS Image Program elements to submit photos of their shops and testimonials about their experience with the Image Program. ACDelco will evaluate, in its sole discretion, the images and testimonials submitted, for possible inclusion in its marketing materials. Before You can submit Your testimonials and images, You must agree to the these Terms and Conditions which apply to all testimonials and images submitted. Whenever the term "You" or "Your" is used in these Terms and Conditions, it means the person reading this information and clicking and agreeing or not to these Terms and Conditions. ACDelco reserves the right to change or terminate this website or any part of it, or to change these Terms and Conditions, at any time, without notice.
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which You hereby acknowledge, You do hereby grant General Motors Corporation the right to reproduce, distribute and publish the images and testimonials ("Works") You are submitting to the ACDelco TSS Image Program Testimonial, in all forms of media and throughout the world, to prepare translations and other derivative works thereof, and to license and authorize others to do all of the foregoing for any and all purposes as General Motors Corporation deems appropriate. You further grant General Motors Corporation permission to use Your name, photograph and likeness in connection with the aforementioned use of the Works. To the extent that the Works contain images of other persons, You confirm that You have secured permissions from those persons to allow General Motors Corporation to utilize the Works as provided for above.
You confirm that all the statements made by You in the Works are true and reflect Your honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experience. If the Works You are submitting are approved to be included in marketing materials, You grant General Motors Corporation the right and license to edit the Works
in any manner it chooses including, but not limited to, as follows: (1) modify or alter any photos included in the Works by, for example, resizing or cropping, adjusting and sharpening color or luminescence, blurring visible license plates, brands or signage, and identifiable persons; and (2) edit Your testimonial to remove unsubstantiated claims, for editorial purposes (for example, to shorten it), and correct misspelled words and grammar, but with the intention of not changing the meaning and context.
You understand that any personal information submitted by You will be treated in accordance with the
General Motors Corporation Privacy Policy.
You do hereby certify that: (i) You are of full age and possessed of full legal capacity to grant the rights herein contained which are hereby made binding upon my heirs, assignees, next of kin and personal representatives; and (ii) You have the right and power to enter into and grant the rights herein contained.
